Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about our whole home remodel services in Kansas City? Below are some frequently asked questions that we get.

Can you help re-envision my space?

Absolutely, we can! Our design team is skilled in listening to your wants and needs and providing not only a functional remodel layout, but interior design recommendations that fit the home aesthetic you love.

What will a full home remodel cost?

Just like any remodel project, a total home transformation depends on a lot of factors. When we sit down for your free consultation, we’ll gather information about what your dream home looks like and how we can bring it to life to provide a general estimate. As we move through the design-build process, your dedicated project manager will provide detailed cost estimates, timelines and progress updates.

How long will it take to fully remodel a home?

Every project is different and depends on what the design requires (e.g., layout reconfiguration, plumbing, custom cabinetry, etc.). Typically, a whole home remodel can last anywhere from 16-24 weeks. Some projects do encounter unforeseen delays that can extend the project time period.

How do you account for unforeseen delays in the remodel schedule?

Large projects like full home renovations tend to include some common delays, like inspection delays, material arrival delays or labor delays. While these aren’t ideal, we work to provide as much up-front notice as possible. You should expect a “work in progress” house for a few months while your dedicated project manager provides progress updates throughout the design-build process.
